Innovative standard products
… because even standard products have to be special
We faced a serious choice. Either we would continue to add a further lens with even more obsolescence to the thousands of lenses already out there, or we would have to go back to basics and completely rethink our approach. Now the brave new world of LEDs is already complicated enough, we thought. So why should we want to artificially inflate it by adding a further interchangeable catalogue of components? As a technology services provider – and that’s precisely how we see ourselves – we feel obliged to offer our customers something better than merely average solutions.
That is why we’ll only be marketing “standard products” at sporadic intervals in future. And why we’ll only do this in the case of special products – such as those that offer innovative added value or the potential to inspire you to use them for new applications. That’s precisely how it was with our first proprietorial product, Prima PlaceTM, a directional lens for universal use, which our cooperation partner Bartenbach designed and engineered for us.
